Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Logan Lord (ranked 2318 p4p, 273 weight class) and Randy Kelly (ranked 1750 p4p, 202 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly wants to clinch.
Kelly gets a clinch.
Lord lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Kelly tries to throw a body punch but Lord avoids it by throwing Kelly back against the cage.
Lord lands a body punch in the clinch.
Lord escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lord paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kelly takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kelly moves into range and clinches up with Lord.
Kelly fails to pull guard.
Lord manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kelly takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Kelly jumps guard but Lord stands there with Kelly around his waist. Kelly gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lord digs a right hand into Kelly's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kelly's gas tank.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kelly throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kelly has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kelly there as he acknowledges the shot.
Lord throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Lord swats away the attempt to clinch by Kelly.
The crowd cheers as Lord lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kelly doesn't seem phased though.

Lord connects with a looping right hand.
Lord wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

and Kelly takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Lord counters with a right hand to the body.
Lord throws a hook but Kelly blocks it.
Nice shot lands for Lord.
Lord throws a body punch but Kelly moves out of range.
Lord tests Kelly's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lord connects with a right hand. Kelly shakes it off.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lord is sitting in close to Kelly's body. Kelly has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lord is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lord is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Kelly.
