Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joey Baroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Halloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baroni's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sexyama Slideshow, which has impregnated every woman here tonight...and man. Halloway is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by AFI- Prelude 12/21. Luke Halloway has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Halloway.
It looks like Joey Baroni has been cut.
A left and a right from Baroni both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Luke Halloway has been cut.
Baroni stalks Halloway and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Halloway's face. Halloway staggers backwards, shaken.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Halloway has closed the distance and engaged Baroni in a clinch.

Halloway pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Baroni is pressed up against the cage. Halloway has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Baroni down to the mat. Baroni avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Baroni has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Halloway can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That's time! Baroni's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Halloway throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Baroni is trying to stick to Halloway's back but Halloway is turning into Baroni. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Baroni's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Halloway.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Halloway connects with a nice short shot to Baroni's temple.
