Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jim Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jinker Bell!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bell has managed to clinch.

Bell has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Man clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Bell really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Man.
Bell gets his hands free as Man looks to control.
Bell trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Man doesn't escape.
Bell not allowing Man to control his hands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Man is trying to get back to full guard.

Bell stands up from half guard.

Bell clinches with his opponent.
Bell blocks an uppercut.
Man avoids a wild elbow strike from Bell.
Man tries to score a body lock takedown but Bell shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Bell tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Man just stands there and leans against the cage.
Man is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bell to keep the fight standing.
Bell fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Man can't break the clinch.

Man fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Man. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Man is trying to pull guard but Bell turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Bell tries for a takedown but Man manages to get underhooks.
Man wants to stall.

Bell jumps into guard, dragging Man to the mat.
Bell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Bell manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Man manages to get himself to full guard.

Man not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Bell trying to control but Man is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Man is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Man can't keep his opponent in guard - Bell advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Man has hold of Bell's hands but Bell slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Man is concentrating on defense, preventing Bell from advancing position.
Bell seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Bell's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
It looks like Bell might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bell decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Bell digs a good body shot into Man's ribs.

Bell takes the fight into the clinch.
Bell prevents the takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bell wants a takedown but no success here.

Bell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jinker Bell dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Man shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bell but Bell pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Man gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Bell advances to half guard.
Bell is trying to control. Man wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Bell performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Bell postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Man to stand up.
Jim Man is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bell pushes Man up against the cage in a clinch.

Man fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bell drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Man gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Man working hard to break the clinch.

Man breaks the clinch.
Man throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bell.
Man tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bell paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Man tries for a takedown but Bell circles away easily
and Bell makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Man. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bell pushes Man up against the cage in a clinch.

Bell slips a jab from Man.
Man wants to clinch but Bell slips to the side
and Bell counters with a lovely straight right hand!


It looks like Jim Man has been cut.

Man gets a clinch.
Man drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bell gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Man prevents a takedown attempt there.
Bell stalls.
Man tries to circle away but Bell has him pinned against the cage.
Bell tries for a takedown. No joy.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Man is looking for a takedown.

Bell manages to break the clinch.
Bell throws a head kick that misses.
Man tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bell paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Man shoots in looking for a takedown. Bell tries to sprawl out of it but Man keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bell has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Man misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bell.
Man scores with a head kick. Bell tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
No luck for Man with that takedown attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Man throws a head kick that misses.
Jim Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bell shoots in and gets a takedown into Man's guard.
Man looking to control.

Bell decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Bell throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Man was covering up waiting for the punch and Bell finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Man wants to get back to his feet but Bell passes into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jinker Bell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The cut man is working on Jim Man's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Man takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Bell looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Man wants to get back to his feet.
Bell looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Man wants to control but Bell is keeping busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Man actively working from the bottom here.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Man holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bell working over Man with some ground and pound. Man looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Man is looking to control Bell's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Man avoid being mounted?
Bell lands strikes from half guard.
Bell sitting and controlling from the half guard.
More stalling from Bell.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Man trying to control but Bell postures up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
A jab from Bell does it's job there.

Bell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Man, pushing him back against the cage.
Bell avoiding damage.

Bell jumps guard and drags Man to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Man really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bell is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Bell looking for a triangle here. Man is fighting it but it looks tight! Bell pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Man is tapping out - this one is all over!
