The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baumann looks to score with a jab to the body but Lennartsson is just out of range.

Baumann avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Baumann tries to clinch there but Lennartsson circles away.
Despite the aggression on Lennartsson's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Lennartsson misses with a hook. Baumann ducked under it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lennartsson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lennartsson lands with a straight right. Baumann didn't see that one coming.
Baumann fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lennartsson manages to avoid it.

Lennartsson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Baumann ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lennartsson moves away.

Baumann fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lennartsson sprawls well initially but Baumann persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Baumann seems to be working for a kimura but Lennartsson defends the submission attempt.

Baumann wants to work for an arm triangle but Lennartsson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
