The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Opstad avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kung misses with a wild combination.
Leon Opstad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Opstad scores with a nice strike.
Kung doesn't manage to clinch there - Opstad circles away.
Opstad with a lazy takedown attempt

and Kung counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Opstad turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Opstad manages to end up in side control.

Opstad is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kung knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Opstad has hold of Kung's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kung seems comfortable defending it but Opstad has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kung is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kung is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Opstad couldn't care less - he's delighted!
