Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Player (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hillbilly george (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Player is looking to clinch but george is avoiding it.
Player tries to clinch but george moves out of range.
george bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Ben Player has been cut.
Player tries to clinch but george is having none of it.
george keeps the fight on the outside.
Player closes the distance and clinches up with george, looking for a takedown. Player pushes george against the cage but george circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Player counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

george feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
