Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jere Decker (ranked 7160 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Cham (ranked 5927 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackie Cham will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cham tries to clinch but Decker is having none of it.
Cham shoots in and gets a takedown into Decker's guard.
Decker pulls Cham in close to his closed guard and prevents Cham from doing any damage or advancing position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Decker tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cham wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Cham slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Cham's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Cham has Decker up against the cage in a clinch.
Cham jumps guard and drags Decker to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Decker is in close to Cham's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Cham working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Decker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Decker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Decker stalks Cham and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cham's face. Cham staggers backwards, shaken.
Cham shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Decker manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Jackie Cham will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Cham feints and as Decker raises his hands in defense, Cham changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Decker has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Cham has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Cham wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Decker has him pressed against the cage.
Decker tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cham just stands there and leans against the cage.
Decker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cham throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Decker counters with a two punch combo.

Decker has one foot on Cham's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Decker manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
