The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anastasia paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A jab from Anastasia does it's job there.
Albert Anastasia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Obov swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Anastasia counter with a right hand.
Anastasia wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A looping hook to the body misses from Obov. Anastasia does a little dance to reset his feet.

Obov throws the kick towards the body but Anastasia avoids it.
Obov ducks right into an uppercut from Anastasia.
Anastasia connects with a looping right hand.
Anastasia lands a jab to the nose.

Obov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Obov tries to clinch up but Anastasia circles away and keeps his distance.
Anastasia scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Anastasia lands a glancing blow to the side of Obov's head.
Anastasia lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Obov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Anastasia swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Anastasia swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Obov.

Obov shoots in for a takedown but Anastasia shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
