Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joel Delgado (ranked 8589 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Tyson (ranked 25187 p4p, 0 weight class). 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mike Tyson! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Delgado moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tyson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Sloppy strikes from Tyson. Those never looked like landing. Tyson tries to keep at a distance but Delgado has taken the fight into the clinch. Delgado manages to break the clinch.

It looked like Delgado was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Delgado gets in close and instigates a clinch. Delgado changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tyson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mike Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Delgado keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Tyson is working an open guard so Delgado takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
