Cupido doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cash counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cash.
Cash is trying to pull guard but Cupido turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cash wants to take the fight to the mat but Cupido manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Cupido tries to break the clinch but Cash is controlling the position.

Cupido looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cash shoots in for a double leg but Cupido sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Cash throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cupido's waist but Cupido gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cash off to one side.

Cash closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cupido did well to prevent Cash getting side control.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cash wants to stand but Cupido is controlling his posture from full guard.
Cupido escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cash gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Cash stands up and waves to Cupido to follow him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Cupido stuffs the takedown attempt from Cash. Cash gets slowly back to his feet.

Cupido escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Cash will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Dwayne Cupido showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well Cupido has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
