Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Swagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Dre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swagger comes to the cage accompanied by Ready For War. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Swagger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mac Dre!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dre closes this distance looking for a takedown but Swagger circles away.
Swagger looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Swagger throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Swagger scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Dre manages to work his way to half guard, despite Swagger's best efforts.
Dre trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dre missing with punches from the bottom.
Dre wants to improve his position but Swagger is controlling well.
Dre has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Dre looks like he's trying to stand up.

Swagger tries to stand and escape but Dre is controlling the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Swagger dodges the punch combination from Dre.

Dre looks to land a combination. Swagger sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Dre shoots in for a takedown but Swagger shows good takedown defense.

and Swagger counters with a good low kick that Dre was not able to check.
Jack Swagger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mac Dre.
Dre fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Swagger as Dre shoots in.
Dre looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Swagger is fending him off so far but Dre persists. Nope, Swagger circles away and we're back to standing.
Dre shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dre checks a leg kick nicely.
Swagger takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dre looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Swagger doesn't manage to clinch there - Dre circles away.

Swagger throws a sloppy head kick and Dre moves out of range easily.
Dre looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dre works over Swagger's head and body with a nice combination.
Swagger closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dre trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Swagger is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Dre can't escape the position.
Dre sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Swagger not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dre pushes Swagger off and gets back to his feet.

Dre takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Dre missing with a left hand there. Swagger was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Dre tries for a takedown but Swagger circles away easily
and Swagger counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Swagger is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Dre is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Swagger is controlling him.
Swagger knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dre on the ground.
Swagger working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Swagger is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dre has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Swagger is looking to defend but Dre has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Swagger! Dre pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Swagger taps out and this one is all over!
