Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Padrone (ranked 22841 p4p, 628 weight class) and Artur Osinen (ranked 5090 p4p, 482 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osinen shoots in and gets a takedown into Padrone's guard.

Padrone has his foot on Osinen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Osinen works his way back into a safe position though.

Osinen seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Osinen remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Osinen looks up at the clock and then as Padrone takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Osinen smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Osinen shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Padrone napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Osinen lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Padrone down.

Padrone has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Osinen should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Padrone has tightened it up now! Osinen should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
