Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robespierre cracks Kishimoto with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Kishimoto stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Robespierre.
A head kick misses from Robespierre.
Kishimoto feinted with a counter takedown.
Robespierre lands a nice hook to Kishimoto's body. Kishimoto takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kishimoto looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Robespierre wants to clinch up but Kishimoto keeps it at a distance.
Robespierre scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

and Kishimoto counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kishimoto.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Robespierre can do anything to dispel that myth.
Robespierre keeping moving, preventing Kishimoto from controlling successfully.
Robespierre really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kishimoto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kishimoto slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Kishimoto wants to control from the top but Robespierre keeps moving.
Kishimoto works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Kishimoto is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Robespierre doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kishimoto.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kishimoto seems to be looking for submissions.
