Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Li Kong Ho (ranked 2108 p4p, 209 weight class) and Ingemar Anders (ranked 1202 p4p, 123 weight class). Anders is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Gods Son. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Li Kong Ho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
43 - 32 - 2, fighting out of London, Ingemar Anders! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ho fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Anders manages to avoid it. Anders cracks a nice hook into Ho's ribs. Ho throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Anders sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ho throws a leg kick but Anders moved away. Anders doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Ho takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Anders lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ho circles away quickly and effectively. Anders moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Ho avoids the body shot from Anders.
Anders throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ho on the side of the head. A looping hook to the body misses from Anders. Ho does a little dance to reset his feet. Ho appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Anders keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Anders appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Ho drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Anders throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ho misses with a hook. Ho moves out of range of the strikes. Anders throws a jab but it's blocked by Ho. Anders wants to land a leg kick but Ho is out of range. Anders moves away from the strike by Ho. Anders doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Anders slips under a jab from Ho. Anders now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Ho steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Anders. Anders misses with a hook. Ho ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Ho steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Anders. Ho changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Ho scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Anders scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Ho lands a leg kick that knocks Anders off balance momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anders pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Good standup being displayed there by Anders as he connects with a hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Anders.
Ho changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Ho chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Anders can pounce on him.

Ho throws a predictable looking body shot
and Anders cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Anders swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ho swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Anders misses with a two punch combination.
Ho takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Ho scores with a jab to the jaw. Anders cracks Ho with an open hand slap. Ho rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Anders counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ho pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Anders throws out a counter right but Ho avoids it with no problem. Anders misses with a body shot.
A shot to the liver by Ho. Beautiful body shot. Anders takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Ho misses with a leg kick and Anders counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Anders looks for the body kick but Ho saw that one coming. Anders swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Ingemar Anders is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Anders misses with an uppercut. Anders takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Anders fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ho. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A lazy left from Anders finds it's target. Anders missing with a left hand there. Ho was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Anders takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

A little feinted left hand from Ho on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Anders looks to land a right hand but Ho moved out of range. Ho is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Anders counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ingemar Anders dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Anders has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Ho lands a slapping body shot.
Anders dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Anders throws a jab but it's blocked by Ho. This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Ho might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Ho misses the shot to the body. Ho uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Anders. Ho gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Anders. Ho just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anders takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Ho throws a right hand that Anders ducks under and follows up with a left that Anders also avoids with ease. Ho looks to score with a jab to the body but Anders is just out of range. Anders swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Ho digs a good body shot into Anders's ribs. Ho bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Anders's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ho smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. A nice inside leg kick there by Anders. That's going to slow Ho down. Anders lands with an overhand left. Ho swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Ho counters with a left to the body. Anders connects with a leg kick. Ho looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Ho misses with a hook to the body

and Anders counters with a nice body shot. This has been an exciting period of action! Ho throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Ho punishes Anders's body with a nice straight punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Ho. Anders does a little dance to reset his feet. Ho tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Anders was well out of range. Poor timing from Ho. Anders wants to counter with a clinch but Ho pushes him away. Decent striking displayed by Anders there. Ho has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Anders finds it's way round the side to connect with Ho's head. Ho connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ho throws a body punch but Anders moves out of range. Anders throws a sloppy body shot
and Ho counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Anders misses the shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anders throws a nice inside leg kick. Anders swings for the body but Ho moves out of range.
Anders is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Nice body punch from Ho. Anders misses with a low kick.
Anders throws a low kick but Ho avoids it. Ho scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Anders doesn't seem bothered though. Ingemar Anders seems to be getting the better of the standup. Anders throws a shot from downtown. Ho moves away and avoids it. A slow jab from Anders misses its intended target. Anders throws a body punch but Ho moves out of range. Ho uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Anders. The fighters circling - Anders throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ho looks to land a left hand but Anders moved out of range nicely.

That kick from Anders tenderised Ho's leg. Ho is trying to keep his angry face on. Anders lands a jab to Ho's midsection. Ho tests Anders's chin there with a solid looking shot. Ho takes a shot right to the bread basket. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jab, jab by Ho - just one landing. Ho is looking to wear down Anders with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Anders gets off balance looking for a body kick and Ho counters with a nice double leg into guard. Anders looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ho looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ho trying to control the position from guard on top but Anders is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Li Kong Ho will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Ho misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Anders jabs at Ho's body. Ho takes a body punch but keeps moving. Ho defending well as Anders loads up on a big left hand. Anders keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

The fighters circling - Ho throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Anders throws a low kick but Ho avoids it. Ho tries to counter with a takedown but Anders is quick to defend against it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anders ducks under a wild hook from Ho. Ho ducks under a wild hook from Anders. Ho moves out of range of the strikes. Ho half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Anders jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ho slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. This has been an exciting period of action! Anders misses with a wild body shot. Ho walks into a jab. Ho keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Ho counters with a slapping leg kick. A left and a right from Ho both land. Nice combination. Anders scores with the left hand. Ho knows he should have avoided that one.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ho closes the distance and pushes Anders back into the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Ho. Ho misses with a punch to the body.

Anders works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Ho pushes Anders back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Ho looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Ho gets through Anders's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Ho lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Anders blocks a body shot from Ho. Anders fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Ho misses with a punch to the body.
Ho has Anders pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Anders manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Li Kong Ho. That's going to take a lot out of him. A head punch on the inside from Ho fails to land. Anders misses with a body punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ho works on Anders's body with a couple of short punches. Anders goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ho has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Anders avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Ho lands with a left to the head. Anders blocks an uppercut.
Anders throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Ho wants a takedown but no success here.
Ho has had enough of the clinch but Anders keeps him there for the moment. Good body shot from Ho.
Ho is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Ho is trying to break the clinch but Anders is controlling him. Ho tries to throw a body punch but Anders avoids it by throwing Ho back against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ho escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Anders gets tackled into the cage by Ho. Ho maintains the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Li Kong Ho. I think Ho has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
