Hartwell White is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: TV On The Radio - DLZ. Anthony Johnson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Johnson misses with a body shot
and Hartwell White counters with a nice leg kick.
Johnson misses with a wild body shot.
Hartwell White has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Johnson is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Hartwell White displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Johnson throws out the jab.
Anthony Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson tries to bum rush Hartwell White with a series of wild strikes but Hartwell White uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hartwell White tries to counter by closing the distance.
Hartwell White lands a jab to the nose.
Nice uppercut there from Hartwell White.

Johnson misses with a wild body shot.
Hartwell White throws out a counter right but Johnson avoids it with no problem.
Johnson swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Hartwell White counters with a crisp right hand that drops Johnson! Hartwell White lets Johnson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Johnson is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hartwell White sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Johnson's defenses. It connects perfectly with Johnson's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

After winning the bout, Walter Hartwell White thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
