The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pace shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Berggren counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Berggren unloads a knee to the mid-section. Pace lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
A bit of stalling here from Berggren.
Berggren tries a knee to the head but Pace blocks it.
Berggren breaks the clinch.
Berggren shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Berggren showed some decent athleticism there.
Pace won't allow Berggren to pass to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Berggren with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Pace knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Berggren on the ground.

Berggren is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Berggren quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Berggren but it's paid off an Pace is forced to tap! Nice work by Berggren.
