Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Naiki Nekele (ranked 2173 p4p, 72 weight class) and Taz Bandichoo (ranked 3022 p4p, 46 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Naiki Nekele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Taz Bandichoo! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bandichoo loads up on a big right hand but Nekele slips the punch. Bandichoo cracks Nekele with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Naiki Nekele has been cut. Bandichoo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nekele finds it's way round the side to connect with Bandichoo's head. Bandichoo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bandichoo throws a leg kick letting Nekele counter with a right hand. Bandichoo is looking to score with low kicks. Nekele takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A head kick misses from Bandichoo. Bandichoo lands a glancing blow to the side of Nekele's head. Bandichoo swings widly with a right hand
and Nekele counters with a right hand to the body. A shot to the body from Bandichoo misses enabling Nekele to counter with a crisp jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nekele throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Bandichoo misses with a hook. Nekele ducked under it nicely. Nekele connects with a leg kick. Bandichoo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Bandichoo throws a sloppy head kick and Nekele moves out of range easily. An attempted straight right counter from Nekele misses the target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bandichoo throws a low kick but Nekele moves out of range easily. Nekele looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Bandichoo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nekele was well out of range. Poor timing from Bandichoo. Bandichoo lands a leg kick that knocks Nekele off balance momentarily. Nekele blocks a head kick by Bandichoo.

Nekele throws a big counter combination but Bandichoo scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Nekele takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Bandichoo throws a right and a left that both miss. Nekele fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bandichoo just manages to avoid it. Taz Bandichoo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bandichoo misses with a hook
and Nekele connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bandichoo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nekele throws a nice head kick!
Bandichoo throws a shot from downtown. Nekele moves away and avoids it. Bandichoo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bandichoo throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bandichoo throws a sloppy head kick and Nekele moves out of range easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bandichoo misses with a leg kick and Nekele counters with a nice leg kick. Bandichoo throws a head kick but Nekele moves out of range.
Nekele takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nice defenses there by Nekele. It looked like Nekele was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Bandichoo. Nekele blocks a head kick by Bandichoo.
Bandichoo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bandichoo misses with an uppercut. Nekele is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. A solid leg kick lands there for Bandichoo.

A low kick from Bandichoo misses and Nekele counters with a nice uppercut. Nekele connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Nekele is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Bandichoo tries to bum rush Nekele with a series of wild strikes but Nekele uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nekele appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Bandichoo swings away with a body shot that misses
and Nekele counters with a stiff right hand. Bandichoo misses with a double jab

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nekele scoring well with a low kick there.
Nekele throws out a powerful jab. Bandichoo throws a lazy head kick and Nekele counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Bandichoo misses with a few strikes there.
Nekele scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Bandichoo misses with a hook
and Nekele counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Bandichoo looks winded! A head kick by Bandichoo misses and Nekele counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bandichoo throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nekele counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bandichoo moves into range and connects with a jab. A jab from Nekele finds it's way through Bandichoo's defenses. It looks like Nekele has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nekele fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Bandichoo throws a sloppy head kick and Nekele counters with a nice uppercut. Bandichoo throws an overhand right that lands on Nekele's shoulder, as Nekele tries to avoid the shot. Nekele uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bandichoo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nekele connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bandichoo. Bandichoo circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Bandichoo throws a sloppy body shot
and Nekele counters with an inside leg kick. Bandichoo missing with a left hand there. Nekele was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bandichoo throws a lazy right hand but Nekele sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bandichoo misses with a head kick.
Bandichoo tries to bum rush Nekele with a series of wild strikes but Nekele uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Crunch! Nekele slams his shin into Bandichoo's torso. Bandichoo throws a right hand that misses
and Nekele counters with a right hand to the body. Bandichoo swings and misses with a shot to the body and Nekele connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nekele lands with an uppercut that bounces Bandichoo off the cage and back into range. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nekele thuds his right hand into Bandichoo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Bandichoo moves forwards but Nekele connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bandichoo is rocked! Nekele throws an overhand right that drops Bandichoo like a sack of potatoes! Nekele dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Naiki Nekele! Naiki Nekele was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
