Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Sullivan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kukri Freeman!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan drops Freeman with a right and a left! Sullivan comes rushing in but Freeman regains his composure and manages to keep Sullivan in guard.
Freeman is rocked!
It looks like Kukri Freeman has been cut.
Sullivan gets to his feet and stands over Freeman, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Freeman felt that one! Sullivan unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Freeman from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Sullivan!
