Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Royke Gleicy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Pot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Pot there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Pot instigates a clinch.

Gleicy works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Gleicy tries to free his leg and advance position but Pot is retaining full guard.
Pot is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Gleicy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gleicy is breathing heavily.
Pot is looking to get to half guard.
Gleicy tries to control but Pot wriggling away.
Pot tries to reverse the position but Gleicy maintains control.

Gleicy wants to finish this one by submission but Pot is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Gleicy.

Pot throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pot scores with a one two! Gleicy had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pot tries to clinch but Gleicy is having none of it.

That was a close round but I would say that Royke Gleicy will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Gleicy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pot tries to clinch but Gleicy is having none of it.

Pot lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Pot lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Paul Pot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pot fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gleicy.
Pot tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gleicy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pot as he avoids it easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Pot cracks the inside of Gleicy's front leg.

Pot feints and then cracks Gleicy's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gleicy down.
Pot throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gleicy crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pot - the referee stops the clock and Gleicy gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pot. Gleicy manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pot throws a head kick that Gleicy semi-blocks.
Pot tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Pot throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gleicy steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Pot. That one must have hurt.
Pot tries to clinch there but Gleicy circles away.
Gleicy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pot's waist but Pot gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gleicy off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Royke Gleicy. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Pot darts in and clinches Gleicy up against the cage.
Pot tries a knee to the head but Gleicy blocks it.

Pot throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Gleicy blocks it with crossed arms.

Gleicy fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Pot lands a knee to the body.
Pot is looking to break free of the clinch but Gleicy has double underhooks.
Pot misses with a knee to the head.

Gleicy has Pot pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Gleicy pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Pot tumbling to the mat - Gleicy dives into Pot's guard.

Pot has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gleicy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Gleicy wants to pass the guard but Pot is keeping the position.

Pot wants to get back to his feet but Gleicy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Gleicy looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Pot tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Pot gets back to half guard.
Gleicy works his way into full mount!

Gleicy has control of Pot's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Pot regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Paul Pot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Pot stalks Gleicy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gleicy's face. Gleicy staggers backwards, shaken.
Pot is looking to clinch but Gleicy is avoiding it.
Pot shoots and misses

and Gleicy counters with a shoot takedown. Pot fights it but they end up in guard.
Gleicy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Pot wants to get back to his feet.
Gleicy has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Pot!

Pot defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gleicy.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gleicy is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Pot is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Pot flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gleicy anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Pot and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gleicy slips an arm under Pot chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gleicy has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gleicy is squeezing on Pot like an anaconda would it's prey. Pot fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
