Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tamil Figg Hoblyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiro Fang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tamil Figg Hoblyn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiro Fang! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fang takes a swing at Figg Hoblyn's ribcage but misses. Fang lands the left hand.
It looks like Tamil Figg Hoblyn has been cut. Hiro Fang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Figg Hoblyn clinches with his opponent.
Figg Hoblyn is trying to drag Fang to the mat but Fang just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Fang throws an elbow that misses.
Fang can't find room to land a body shot as Figg Hoblyn controls the action.

Figg Hoblyn pulls guard effortlessly. Fang stopping the sweep attempt from Figg Hoblyn. Fang postures up in Figg Hoblyn's guard and throws a big left but Figg Hoblyn blocks it. Figg Hoblyn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fang is one step ahead there. Fang controls from within his opponent's guard. Fang must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Fang trying to control but Figg Hoblyn is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Figg Hoblyn managing to control the position. Figg Hoblyn's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Figg Hoblyn has a closed guard, preventing Fang from standing up. Fang wants to pass the guard but Figg Hoblyn is keeping the position. Fang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Figg Hoblyn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Fang stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Figg Hoblyn has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Fang manages to get his head free but now Figg Hoblyn has transitioned to an armbar! Fang grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Figg Hoblyn! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tamil Figg Hoblyn!
