Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kevin Yarnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vlad Black!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Yarnell throws a sloppy head kick
and Black counters with a two punch combo.
Yarnell is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Black swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Yarnell.
Black scores with a one two! Yarnell had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Black scores with a nice strike.
Yarnell tries to bum rush Black with a series of wild strikes but Black uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Yarnell drops his hands momentarily and Black takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Yarnell is rocked!
Vlad Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yarnell walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Black swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vlad Black!
A less than humble Vlad Black misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
