Long doesn't manage to clinch there - Cone circles away.

and Cone counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Long scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Cone manages to mount him!
Cone takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
