The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carr has taken the fight to the clinch.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Onay wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Carr has him pressed against the cage.
Carr tries to stall but Onay uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Onay wants to break the clinch but can't.
Onay has had enough of the clinch but Carr keeps him there for the moment.
Carr breaks from the clinch.
Onay scores with a jab. Carr acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Onay lands an overhand right.
Floyd Carr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carr throws a head kick that misses.
Onay now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
