And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mitsu Nagai!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamali scores with a sloppy right hand. Nagai should have avoided that one.
Nagai misses with a lunging right hand
and Tamali counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nagai thinking.
Bifjocky Tamali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nagai throws the left hand but Tamali avoids the punch easily.
Nagai rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tamali moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice straight punches there by Tamali. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Tamali.
Tamali takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Nagai misses with an uppercut.
A jab lands there for Tamali.
A nice leg kick lands there from Tamali.
Tamali moves away from the strike by Nagai.
Tamali punishes Nagai's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nagai missing with a left hand there. Tamali was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nagai swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tamali is looking to score with low kicks.
Tamali backing away here, and Nagai unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Nagai throws a push kick but Tamali slaps the foot to one side.

Tamali fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nagai, pushing him back against the cage.

Tamali's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tamali feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nagai's calf.
Nagai connects with a solid leg kick.
Tamali misses with a wild body shot.
Good standup being displayed there by Tamali as he connects with a hook.
Nagai throws an overhand right that lands on Tamali's shoulder, as Tamali tries to avoid the shot.

Tamali ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nagai moves away.
Tamali turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Nagai cracks Tamali with a right hand to the side of the head.


It looks like Bifjocky Tamali has been cut.
Nagai scores with a jab to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tamali tests Nagai's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nagai gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nagai lands a leg kick that knocks Tamali off balance momentarily.
Nagai throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tamali sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nagai takes one to the chin there.
Nagai misses with a jab to the body
and Tamali counters with a straight right hand.
Nagai tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tamali was well out of range. Poor timing from Nagai.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tamali lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.


Nagai is rocked!
Tamali circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Nagai tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Tamali wins by KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bifjocky Tamali!
