Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Glover (ranked 2026 p4p, 227 weight class) and Staph Aureus (ranked 3903 p4p, 394 weight class). Staph Aureus told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
41 - 42 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Staph Aureus!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aureus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Glover to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Staph Aureus has been cut.
Aureus darts in trying to clinch
and Glover counters with a straight right hand.
Glover scores with a hook to the body. Aureus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Aureus has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Aureus there as he acknowledges the shot.
Aureus fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Glover avoids it really well and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Glover scores with a punch to the head.
Aureus misses with a jab to the body
letting Glover counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice body punch from Glover.
Glover scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Glover connects with a leg kick. Aureus looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Glover lands a jab.
That has opened up Staph Aureus's cut even more.
Glover lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Aureus misses with a takedown attempt
and Glover counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Glover.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Glover.
Glover lands a body punch in the clinch.
Glover lands a left hand.
The cut above Staph Aureus's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Aureus trying to land knees to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Glover lands a nice shot to the body.
Aureus looks winded!
A nice right hand lands inside from Glover.
Glover makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Glover scores with a nice hook to the head.

Staph Aureus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Glover throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Aureuss head.
Glover lands an uppercut.
Aureus is rocked!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Staph Aureus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Charlie Glover!
After the big win, Charlie Glover made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Vikai Gear and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
Staph Aureus was interviewed post fight and said 'You win some you lose some . I'll be back, dont worry about it !'.
