Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Harrison (ranked 24770 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichigo Kimura (ranked 5881 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ichigo Kimura!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Harrison sets himself, and Kimura steps forward looking for the clinch! Harrison avoids it this time.
Harrison throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Harrison pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kimura throws a head kick that misses

and Harrison counters by clinching up.

Kimura pulls Harrison into guard.
Harrison postures up in Kimura's guard and throws a big left but Kimura blocks it.

Harrison throws an elbow that misses. Kimura uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Harrison's guard. Nice move by Kimura!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kimura is looking to stand up but Harrison won't let him.

Harrison thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kimura looking to sit in guard and control but Harrison gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Harrison tries to stand but Kimura is controlling from the bottom.

Harrison tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Harrison throws a head kick but Kimura moves out of range.

Harrison working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kimura doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kimura manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Kimura not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Kimura wants to pass the guard but Harrison is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Harrison misses with a body kick.

Kimura has closed the distance and engaged Harrison in a clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A lull in the action here as Kimura stalls from top position.
You can see the frustration on Harrison's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Harrison is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harrison misses with a body kick.

Kimura throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Harrison tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kimura is in Harrison's guard.
Harrison throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Kimura wants to control from the top but Harrison keeps moving.
Harrison is trying to keep Kimura in close.

Kimura stands and steps away. Harrison gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Kimura throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Harrison thows a left - swing and a miss!

Harrison gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kimura to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kimura chips away with some ground and pound.
Kimura's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Harrison is working an open guard so Kimura takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Kimura thows a body kick. Harrison tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Kimura clinches up against the cage.
Kimura has Harrison pressed against the cage, preventing Harrison from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Kimura gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Harrison.

Kimura turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kimura manages to end up in side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kimura staying calm.
Kimura cracks Harrison with a big elbow.
Kimura lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Harrison down.
Kimura wants to control but Harrison is keeping him busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kimura gets to mount! Harrison was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Harrison is squirming around, avoiding Kimura's attempts to control the action.

Kimura swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Harrison is now in Kimura's guard. A big mistake from Kimura there, giving up the dominant position!

Kimura is looking for a triangle but Harrison pushes his legs off easily.
Harrison postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ichigo Kimura showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Kimura is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Harrison is forced to tap! Great finish!
