Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armando Guthrie (ranked 5867 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Noble (ranked 5891 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Armando Guthrie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Noble! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Noble clinches up with Guthrie and pushes him back against the cage. Guthrie goes for a takedown attempt but Noble pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Guthrie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Noble tries to avoid it but Guthrie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Noble to the ground. Noble escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Noble moves into range and clinches up with Guthrie. Noble tightens his grip and picks Guthrie up, before dumping him to the ground. Guthrie manages to land in guard. Noble would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Noble works a leg free and moves into half guard. Noble stalling away here and it's allowed Guthrie to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Noble slips nicely into half guard. Noble should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Noble is taking a breather. Guthrie says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Guthrie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noble drops an elbow to the side of Guthrie's head. Noble looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Guthrie wants to improve his position but Noble is controlling well.
Noble thows a huge punch but Guthrie dodges it nicely.
Noble controlling the pace. Noble is trying to control. Guthrie wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Noble keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Noble misses with a body shot.
Noble closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Guthrie quickly recovers to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guthrie trying to hold on to Noble's head to control him but Noble postures up.
Noble is figuring out what he wants to do next. Guthrie wants to control the action here but instead Noble manages to pass to full mount! Noble looking to finish with strikes here!
Noble trying to control but he's not successful this time. Noble landing punches. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Noble has eaten all the pies!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Noble trying to control but Guthrie is having none of it. Guthrie tries to hold on but Noble postures up. Noble with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Noble working away from the top, dropping strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Noble dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Noble pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Noble tries to sprawl but Guthrie drives through with a takedown into half guard. Guthrie prevents Noble from standing back up.
Guthrie is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Guthrie winds up and cracks Noble with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Noble wants to get back to his feet. Noble trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Noble reaches up and holds on to Guthrie to control the position. Noble is trying to escape the mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noble prevents any damage by holding on tight. Guthrie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. BOOM! Guthrie connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Noble working to try and regain half guard.
Guthrie takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Noble is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Noble is looking to get to half guard. Noble wants to hold on but Guthrie pushes him away. Noble is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Guthrie is staying active. Noble is in all sorts of trouble here.
Noble is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Guthrie scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Nick Noble has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Noble keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Noble has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Guthrie looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Noble tries to lock up and control but Guthrie gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Guthrie prevents Noble from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Guthrie punishing his opponent with strikes. Noble sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Noble moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Noble is breathing heavily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Noble managing to control the position. Noble looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Guthrie has picked Noble up and slammed him! Noble can't keep hold of the triangle and Guthrie manages to pass to side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Armando Guthrie dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Noble clinches up with Guthrie and pushes him back against the cage. Noble is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Guthrie can't fight it off and eventually Noble manages to take the fight to the floor. Guthrie looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Guthrie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Noble is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Noble stops Guthrie from standing up. Noble has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Guthrie is proving hard to escape from. Noble postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guthrie is looking to stand up but Noble isn't so interested in that idea. Guthrie has a closed guard, preventing Noble from standing up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nick Noble seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Noble clinches. Guthrie jumps guard and drags Noble to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Noble trying to control but Guthrie is working from the bottom. Guthrie is pulling down on Noble's head to control his posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Noble is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Guthrie controls Noble momentarily but Noble frees himself. Noble postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Noble is working Guthrie over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Guthrie trying to keep a closed guard but Noble is proving a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Noble stays in close to Guthrie's body and controls the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Noble is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Guthrie's half guard. Guthrie manages to escape and get back to his feet! Guthrie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Guthrie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Noble gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guthrie fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Guthrie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Noble pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Armando Guthrie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Noble pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Guthrie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Noble's waist but Noble gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guthrie off to one side. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Guthrie gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Noble is standing up over Guthrie. Guthrie looks to escape but Noble dives into side control.
Noble wants to stand but Guthrie is controlling his arm. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight! Nick Noble comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Noble has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
