Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Corban Storm (ranked 813 p4p, 113 weight class) and Boris Kane (ranked 2696 p4p, 340 weight class). Kane is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Seek N Strike. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corban Storm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boris Kane!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Vladimir Khabensky and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm takes a swing at Kane's ribcage but misses.
Kane will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A cross from Storm lands.
Kane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Storm was well out of range. Poor timing from Kane.
Kane shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Storm defends it nicely.
A little feinted left hand from Storm on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Storm gets caught flat footed, as Kane shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kane won't allow Storm to sweep him here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Storm is on top in guard.
Kane is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Kane wants to sweep but no luck.

Storm postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Kane controls Storm momentarily but Storm frees himself.
Storm got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Storm has managed to get both his arms back between Kane's legs - danger averted.

Kane is trying to keep Storm in close.
Storm working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kane's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Storm makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Kane is rocked!
Storm loads up on a big left hand. Kane felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Storm looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Kane can't hide his disappointment, as Storm celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Corban Storm!
Corban Storm was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
