Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikke Niputtaja (ranked 2136 p4p, 285 weight class) and Harry Hole (ranked 1523 p4p, 211 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hole changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Niputtaja looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Hole keeping moving, preventing Niputtaja from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Niputtaja drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hole looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hole looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hole!
Hole looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hole just content to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Let's hope that Hole has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Niputtaja tries to improve position but can't.
Niputtaja wants to control but Hole postures up.
Niputtaja regains half guard.
Niputtaja is pressing down on Hole's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Niputtaja is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hole defends well.

Hole must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Niputtaja is trying to control the position but Hole postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hole won't allow Niputtaja to sweep him here.
Hole is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Hole really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Niputtaja. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Niputtaja closes the distance and clinches up with Hole, looking for a takedown. Niputtaja pushes Hole against the cage but Hole circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hole jabs Niputtaja to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Niputtaja throws a body punch but Hole moves out of range.
Niputtaja takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Niputtaja is breathing heavily.
Hole lands a big head kick that sends Niputtaja tumbling to the mat! Hole takes a step backwards and waves Niputtaja back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Niputtaja is rocked!
It looks like Nikke Niputtaja has been cut.
Hole lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Oh Niputtaja is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hole throws an uppercut from hell that sends Niputtaja clean off his feet! He's out cold! Hole stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Harry Hole!
Harry Hole bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
