Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rushrush Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kleber Paiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pierre's entrance music is Era - Enae Volare Mezzo. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kleber Paiva! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice uppercut there from Paiva. Pierre keeps the fight on the outside. Paiva doesn't manage to clinch there - Pierre circles away.

Paiva throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Pierre blocks it with crossed arms. Pierre has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Paiva avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Paiva scores a nice knee to the body.

Paiva takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Paiva is trying to get back to his feet. Pierre tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Pierre is breathing heavily. Pierre decides to stand up, so the ref orders Paiva to his feet. Paiva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Paiva fails in his attempt to clinch. Pierre looks for a takedown but Paiva sprawls well. Pierre circles away from the clinch attempt.
Paiva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pierre swats him away and circles back towards the center. No joy there for Paiva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Paiva is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Pierre asserts his dominance and retains side control. Pierre goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Paiva rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pierre's guard! Nice work there by Paiva! Paiva tries to stand but Pierre is controlling from the bottom. Pierre looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Paiva decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kleber Paiva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Rushrush Pierre's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Paiva tries to clinch but fails miserably and Pierre counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Paiva wants to stand up but Pierre is controlling him. Paiva wriggles free and stands up. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Paiva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Pierre drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pierre jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Paiva wants to stand but Pierre is controlling the position. Pierre scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Pierre is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Pierre has gone for a leg lock! Paiva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pierre's guard.

Pierre wants to get back to full guard. Pierre looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pierre tries for a takedown but Paiva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
