Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sai Tama (ranked 3877 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raqaun Shaw (ranked 24802 p4p, 0 weight class). Raqaun Shaw is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tama tests Shaw's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Shaw moves forwards but Tama connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Tama tries to clinch but Shaw moves away
and Shaw connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tama connects with a right hand. Shaw shakes it off.
Tama lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Shaw has eaten all the pies!
The fight stays on the outside here - Tama looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tama thuds his right hand into Shaw's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Shaw takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Shaw has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tama finds it's way round the side to connect with Shaw's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A decent looking cross lands there for Tama.
Tama connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Shaw fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tama to the ground. Shaw is now in Tama's guard.
Tama wants to get back to his feet but Shaw passes into half guard.

Shaw is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Tama trying to hold on to Shaw's head to control him but Shaw postures up.
Shaw stops Tama from getting back to his feet.
Shaw passes to side control.
Shaw is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Shaw in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Tama is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
