Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Knuckles (ranked 3430 p4p, 351 weight class) and Rich Silva Jr (ranked 4544 p4p, 442 weight class). Knuckles kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Walk-by PANTERA. The crowd seem to be enjoying Silva Jr's choice of entrance music: Sleeping Giant. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles throws the left hand but Silva Jr avoids the punch easily.
Knuckles jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Silva Jr wants to clinch.
Silva Jr ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Silva Jr misses the jab.
Bobby Knuckles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Knuckles throws a series of punches but Silva Jr moves out of range.

Silva Jr feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Knuckles sprawling to the canvas! Knuckles rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Silva Jr finish him?!
Knuckles is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva Jr finds Knuckles's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Knuckles flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Silva Jr lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Knuckles will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rich Silva Jr!
