Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Badr Hari (ranked 6259 p4p, 577 weight class) and Barry Long (ranked 8821 p4p, 689 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barry Long!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hari shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hari showed some decent athleticism there.
Long trying to control here.
Long tries to get to full guard but Hari has control of the leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Long missing with punches from the bottom.
Long makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Long.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Long is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Long is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hari stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Hari keeps the fight on the outside.
Long tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hari ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Long moves away.
Hari throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Long's head.
It looks like Barry Long has been cut.
Long throws a lazy body kick
and Hari counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Hari is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Long wants to sweep but no luck.
Long is trying to hold Hari in close to prevent damage but Hari has managed to pass into half guard.
Hari performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Long is trying to control but can't.
Long gets back to full guard.
Hari is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Long has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hari is looking to defend but Long has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hari! Long pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hari taps out and this one is all over!
