Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dex Arial (ranked 3112 p4p, 401 weight class) and Kung Le (ranked 4250 p4p, 430 weight class). Arial comes to the cage accompanied by Thunder. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arial is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Le has managed to free his arm - good work.
Arial thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Le really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Arial. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've been hearing that Arial has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Le tries to roll over but Arial keeps him under control.

Arial is nestled in close to Le, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Arial cracks Le with an elbow. That is naaassty.

It looks like Kung Le has been cut.
Le is trying to control Arial's posture but Arial avoids it.

Arial is working to tighten his grip on Le's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Le has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Arial is really squeezing tight and eventually Le passes out! Arial breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
