Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vercingetorix Frenchy (ranked 7297 p4p, 628 weight class) and Carl Johnson (ranked 5375 p4p, 547 weight class). Carl Johnson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vercingetorix Frenchy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Carl Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Hugh Johnson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frenchy fails to land the takedown.
Johnson closes the distance and clinches.
Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Frenchy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Johnson to the ground. Frenchy is now in Johnson's guard.
Frenchy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Frenchy chips away with some ground and pound.
Frenchy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Frenchy keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Johnson's head.
Johnson wants to get back to his feet but Frenchy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Frenchy drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Frenchy as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Johnson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Frenchy! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Vercingetorix Frenchy!
