Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Incheol Wonha (ranked 2800 p4p, 134 weight class) and Aiden Preston (ranked 3176 p4p, 154 weight class). 40 - 27 - 1, fighting out of New York, Aiden Preston! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Preston with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wonha lands a leg kick that knocks Preston off balance momentarily. Wonha fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Wonha takes a body punch but keeps moving. Wonha ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Wonha looks to score with a jab to the body but Preston is just out of range. Preston throws a series of punches but Wonha avoids them all with ease. A counter left hand to the body from Wonha misses its target. Good work by Wonha as he checks the leg kick. Preston connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Wonha checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Wonha misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Preston.
Preston thows a leg kick but Wonha checks it enabling Wonha to counter with a crisp jab. Wonha gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Preston.
It looks like Incheol Wonha has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wonha fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Preston checks it well. Wonha misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Preston.
Preston let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Wonha scores with a body shot.
Preston throws a hook to the side of Wonha's head but Wonha sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Wonha slips a jab from Preston.
That's one minute gone in the round. Preston checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Wonha is looking to wear down Preston with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Preston throws a push kick but Wonha slaps the foot to one side. Wonha throws a leg kick which misses Preston's front leg but catches the back leg as Preston tries to avoid it. A slow jab from Preston misses its intended target. Wonha lands a jab to the nose. Preston throws a jab but it's blocked by Wonha. Wonha lands a leg kick that knocks Preston off balance momentarily. Wonha stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Preston throws a quick inside leg kick. Preston staying out of range there. Preston misses with a hook
and Preston takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Preston throws a solid leg kick but Wonha takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Preston. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Preston lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wonha has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wonha and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Preston cracks Wonha with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Wonha scores with a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Preston tries to clinch there but Wonha circles away.
Wonha avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wonha throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Preston on the side of the head. Wonha scores with a punch to the head. Preston misses with a hook. Preston blocks a head kick by Wonha.
Preston is looking to score with low kicks. Preston tries to land a front kick but Wonha steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Wonha gets a clinch. Preston lands with a right to the head. Preston throws an elbow but it misses.
Preston blocks a body shot from Wonha. Preston managing to block the knees to the body from Wonha.
Wonha is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes. Our sources have told us that Wonha has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wonha tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. Preston lands with a right to the head. Wonha struggles to land a body shot inside as Preston controls his hands.

That was a close round but I would say that Incheol Wonha will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Incheol Wonha's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Preston walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Preston throws a leg kick and Wonha cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Preston looks to throw a body kick and Wonha counters with a lovely straight right hand! Preston misses with a hook. Wonha ducked under it nicely. Preston misses with a looping left. Preston pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Wonha back to the ropes. Preston follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Incheol Wonha is winning the standup battle so far. Wonha throws a predictable looking body shot
and Preston counters with a two punch combo. Preston gets tackled into the ropes by Wonha. Wonha maintains the clinch. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wonha breaks from the clinch.
Preston bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wonha's head backwards. Wonha stuns Preston with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Good shot there by Wonha. Preston throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Preston, right into the meat.
Wonha thuds his right hand into Preston's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Nice straight punches there by Preston. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Preston. Wonha on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Wonha ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Preston throws a half hearted mid kick. Preston is looking to land body kicks. Preston throws an off balance right hand
and Wonha counters with a right hand to the body. Preston uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wonha.
Preston is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. An inside leg kick lands from Wonha. Wonha getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Preston defending well as Wonha loads up on a big left hand. The crowd cheers as Preston lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wonha doesn't seem phased though. Wonha clinches. Preston lands with a right to the head. Preston lands a nice elbow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wonha tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Wonha escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Preston throws out a loose jab but Wonha uses good head movement to avoid it. Wonha thuds a left hand into Preston's body. Wonha digs a good body shot into Preston's ribs. Wonha scores with a jab. Preston acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Nice body kick there by Wonha. Preston scores with a head kick.

Preston catches Wonha with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Preston tries to clinch but Wonha is having none of it. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Preston blocks a jab. Preston is looking to clinch but Wonha is avoiding it.
Preston feints a jab promting Wonha to slip. Preston then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Wonha slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Wonha throws a head kick but Preston moves out of range.

That was a close second round but I would say that Incheol Wonha will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Incheol Wonha's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Wonha misses with a wild body shot. Wonha slips under a jab. Wonha has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wonha there as he acknowledges the shot. Wonha throws a half hearted mid kick. Wonha tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Preston counters with a left to the body. Preston pulls out of a head kick attempt.
It looked like Wonha wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Wonha's corner calls for a 1-2. Wonha obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Wonha. Preston does a little dance to reset his feet. Wonha slips a jab from Preston. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Preston tries to keep at a distance but Wonha has taken the fight into the clinch. Preston blocks a body shot from Wonha. Wonha dodges an elbow strike from Preston.
A nice right hand lands inside from Preston. Wonha creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Preston pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes. Wonha breaks the clinch.
Wonha slips a straight right by Preston. Wonha tries to clinch up but Preston circles away and keeps his distance. Preston misses with a body kick. Wonha tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Preston manages to circle out of the way. Preston pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Preston throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wonha sees it coming and avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Wonha. A slapping leg kick lands for Preston.

Preston gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Wonha. Wonha swings for the body but Preston moves out of range.

Preston misses with a looping left. Incheol Wonha is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Preston throws a body shot but no joy. Wonha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Preston. Wonha with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wonha swings for the body but Preston moves out of range.
Wonha scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Preston moves forwards but Wonha connects with a nice, crisp jab. Preston throws a nice inside leg kick. Wonha ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Wonha keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wonha scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. The fight moves into the clinch position. Preston fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Aiden Preston has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wonha avoiding damage as Preston throws knees to the body.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Incheol Wonha. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wonha, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
