Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Pat Barry (ranked 3300 p4p, 369 weight class) and Igor Quincy (ranked 17750 p4p, 702 weight class). Barry's entrance music is Sweet Dreams. A fine choice. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
35 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Pat Barry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Igor Quincy! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quincy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Barry was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Quincy throws a jab but it's blocked by Barry. A swing and a miss from Quincy. As Quincy looks to move away, Barry throws a big counter combo but Quincy just gets out of the way. A big left from Quincy misses. Barry moves out of range of the strikes. As Quincy tries to get set, Barry tries to push him back and clinch up but Quincy manages to avoid the attempt. Barry scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Quincy to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
Quincy is rocked!
It looks like Igor Quincy has been cut. Barry blocks a jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Barry defending well as Quincy loads up on a big left hand. Barry takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. The fighters circling - Quincy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Barry drives through and clinches with Quincy against the ropes.
Barry manages to break the clinch.
Quincy throws the kick towards the body but Barry avoids it. Quincy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Barry is looking to counter the offense by Quincy and move into the clinch. Quincy connects with a nice looking jab.
Quincy avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barry moves into the clinch successfully.

Quincy looks to throw the jab but Barry is out of range. Barry wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Barry takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Barry steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Quincy. Barry darts in trying to clinch and Barry takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Barry clinches with his opponent.

Barry has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dynasty K-1 Dojo in the buildup to the fight. Quincy throws a hook but Barry avoids it easily. Barry displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Quincy throws out the jab. Igor Quincy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Barry uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Quincy. Quincy looks to throw the jab but Barry is out of range. Barry is looking to counter the offense by Quincy and move into the clinch. Quincy missing with a left hand there. Barry was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Quincy fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. This has been an exciting period of action! A telegraphed right hand from Quincy misses the target. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Quincy, as that shot connected.

Barry rushes Quincy and presses him up against the ropes. Quincy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. A telegraphed right hand from Quincy misses the target. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Barry fails with an attempt to clinch.
Quincy looks to throw the jab but Barry is out of range. Quincy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Quincy might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Barry is looking to land body kicks. It seemed like Quincy was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pat Barry should take that round, based on the knockdown. The cut man is working on Igor Quincy's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Igor Quincy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barry walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. A left lands for Quincy. Quincy getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Quincy thows a left - swing and a miss! Barry walks into a big right hand from Quincy and goes down! The referee sends Quincy to a neutral corner as Barry gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barry throws a low kick but Quincy avoids it. Nice defenses there by Barry. Quincy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barry gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Quincy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Barry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Quincy paws at him with a jab and circles away. Quincy thuds a left hand into Barry's body. Barry wants to clinch. Barry tries to clinch up but Quincy circles away and keeps his distance. Quincy throws out a counter right but Barry avoids it with no problem. Quincy blocks the body kick.
Barry walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Quincy rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Barry has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.

Barry is rocked! Pat Barry is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Quincy connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Barry onto his butt! Barry bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action. Oh Barry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Barry wants to clinch.

Igor Quincy will take that one after putting his opponent down more than once in the round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Barry tries to clinch but Quincy is having none of it. Igor Quincy is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Barry misses with a kick to the body.
Quincy throws a jab when Barry was well out of range. Barry with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Quincy to score with a decent uppercut. Barry tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Quincy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Barry lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Quincy goes down! The ref sends Barry to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Quincy is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action! Quincy is still on wobbly legs! Can Barry finish him? Quincy glances at the clock... BAM! Barry nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Quincy crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Quincy is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
