Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
De Villefort looks for a takedown but Cage sprawls well.
And Cage responds with a good body kick, but De Villefort manages to step out the way in time.
Cage slips under a jab.
Cage throws out a counter right but De Villefort avoids it with no problem.
Cage misses with a wild combination.
De Villefort tries to counter with a takedown but Cage is quick to defend against it.
De Villefort ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
De Villefort fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cage! But no joy.
De Villefort is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cage's half guard.
Cage wants to control but De Villefort is keeping busy and won't allow it.

De Villefort is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cage is just riding it out for now. De Villefort eventually gives up the hold.
De Villefort is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cage defends it well.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Cage is on top in guard.
De Villefort has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cage should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, De Villefort has tightened it up now! Cage should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
