Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Siva Tavau (ranked 2210 p4p, 241 weight class) and Chris Fraser (ranked 5396 p4p, 539 weight class). Tavau comes to the cage accompanied by In the Air Tonight. Chris Fraser will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Siva Tavau!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Fraser!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fraser tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tavau sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fraser somewhat.
Tavau misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
As Tavau backs off Fraser throws a huge counter combo but Tavau manages to avoid it all.
Fraser gets off balance looking for a body kick
enabling Tavau to counter with a crisp jab.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Tavau.
Fraser takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Tavau lands a big left to the face of Fraser, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Tavau and another - Fraser is out! Tavau stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Siva Tavau!
After winning the bout, Siva Tavau thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
