Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kenny King!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King gets the takedown into side control.

Foster looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Foster got a little sloppy there for a moment and King has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Foster has managed to get both his arms back between King's legs - danger averted.

King shoots in looking for a takedown but Foster manages to keep the fight standing, pushing King's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

King has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Foster can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

King has his foot on Foster's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Foster works his way back into a safe position though.

King is squirming around, avoiding Foster's attempts to control the action.
We've been informed that King has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Foster looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
King is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

King is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
King really wants to buck Foster off and get back to his feet.
King tries to reverse the position but Foster maintains control.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Foster has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, King has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Foster is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. King defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
