Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buri To (ranked 6082 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldo Shupe (ranked 5451 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Aldo Shupe! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! To motions for Shupe to come forward. To throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. As To backs off Shupe throws a huge counter combo but To manages to avoid it all. To changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Shupe looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Shupe wants to control but To postures up. To scoring with punches and elbows. Shupe is working to avoid the ground and pound but To connects with a decent elbow. Check out the look on To's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Shupe dodges the ground and pound from To. To lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. To connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Shupe some visible discomfort.
