Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ham Derr (ranked 5980 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heimo Vesa (ranked 4778 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ham Derr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Heimo Vesa!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vesa misses with a two punch combination.
Vesa tests Derr's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Vesa misses with a series of wild punches.
Vesa lands with an overhand left.
Derr showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Vesa.
Derr takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Vesa feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Derrs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Vesa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Derr.
Vesa fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vesa throws a right and a left that Derr avoids nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vesa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
