Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paavo Potku (ranked 3045 p4p, 345 weight class) and Bruno Brunatny (ranked 2779 p4p, 320 weight class). Paavo Potku has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paavo Potku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bruno Brunatny!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potku scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Brunatny doesn't seem bothered though.
Brunatny throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brunatny throws a sloppy head kick and Potku moves out of range easily.
Brunatny tries to land a front kick but Potku steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Potku blocks a head kick by Brunatny.
Brunatny throws an overhand right that lands on Potku's shoulder, as Potku tries to avoid the shot.
It looked like Potku wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Potku throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Potku stuns Brunatny with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brunatny throws a left and a right that both miss
and Potku counters with a leg kick.
Brunatny misses with a double jab
and Potku counters with an inside leg kick.
Potku blocks a head kick by Brunatny.
Brunatny doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Potku counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Potku fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Potku - that will leave a mark!
Potku lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Potku takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Brunatny has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Brunatny fails with the takedown
and Potku counters with a straight right hand.
Brunatny is rocked!
It looks like Bruno Brunatny has been cut.
Brunatny looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Potku throws an uppercut from hell that sends Brunatny clean off his feet! He's out cold! Potku stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paavo Potku!
