0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lee Rowlands! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rowlands scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Foster Britt has been cut. A punch combination from Rowlands misses. It looked like Britt was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Rowlands. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rowlands. Britt fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Rowlands pushes Britt up against the cage in a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Britt jumps guard but Rowlands turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Britt manages to pull guard.

Rowlands tries to score a power double leg takedown but Britt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rowlands somewhat. Foster Britt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Rowlands. Rowlands misses with a head kick.

Britt keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Britt tries to stand and escape but Rowlands actually recovers to full guard. Rowlands being controlled here, momentarily. Britt postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Britt working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Britt lands a couple of digs. Britt stays in close to Rowlands's body and controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Britt has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Britt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Britt seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Rowlands for as long as he can get away with. Rowlands is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rowlands is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Britt is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. This is a sustained period of stalling by Britt.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Britt gets tackled into the cage by Rowlands. Rowlands maintains the clinch. Rowlands drops down looking for an ankle pick but Britt pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rowlands has closed the distance and engaged Britt in a clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rowlands is trying to break free. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rowlands fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Britt avoids it really well and circles away. Foster Britt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Rowlands tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Britt paws at him with a jab and circles away. And that's the end of the fight! Lee Rowlands comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rowlands has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
