Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between babalu santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and furia apatico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from santana.
apatico closes the distance and clinches up with santana, looking for a takedown. apatico pushes santana against the cage but santana circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

santana stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
santana shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in apatico's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now apatico is on top in guard.
santana thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
santana bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in apatico's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
