Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joao Inacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Montanna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inacio throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Inacio lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Inacio feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Inacio isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Montanna stacks Inacio on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Montanna!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Montanna closes the distance and clinches.
Montanna pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Inacio doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Montanna counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Montanna stands up and waves to Inacio to follow him.
Inacio cracks Montanna with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Montanna shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Inacio is refusing to be controlled, as Montanna sits in half guard.

Inacio is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Inacio shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Montanna counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
