The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee Roth is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McGregor's half guard.
Well, if Lee Roth is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Lee Roth frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
McGregor told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
McGregor is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee Roth can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McGregor is looking to escape.

Lee Roth tries to control but McGregor wriggling away.
Lee Roth is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. McGregor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Lee Roth is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! McGregor is forced to tap! Great finish!

A very excited looking Wolfgang Lee Roth rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
