Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Stubb! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duran fails to land with a series of punches.
Duran fails in his attempt to clinch. Duran throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Duran throws a right hand that Stubb ducks under and follows up with a left that Stubb also avoids with ease. Stubb scores with a takedown into Duran's guard. Stubb drops back looking for a leg! Duran is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Duran manages to kick Stubb off! Stubb jumps back into Duran's guard. Duran knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stubb on the ground. Stubb trying to control but Duran is working from the bottom. Stubb controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Stubb pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Duran is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stubb controlling from the top position. Stubb drops back looking for a leg! Duran is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Duran manages to kick Stubb off! Stubb jumps back into Duran's guard. Duran keeping full guard, as Stubb tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Duran can't keep his opponent in guard - Stubb advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Stubb is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Duran is just riding it out for now. Stubb eventually gives up the hold. Stubb prevents Duran from standing back up.
Stubb seems to be working for a kimura but Duran defends the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stubb is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Stubb is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Duran defends it well. Stubb is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Duran sees it coming and defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stubb is working for a submission of some sort.
Stubb looks gassed! Stubb seems to be working for a kimura but Duran defends the submission attempt. Stubb is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Michael Stubb dominated that round. The cut man is working on Michael Stubb's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Stubb scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Duran is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Stubb has just dragged him back down to the mat. Stubb is trying to get an arm triangle but Duran is defending well. Stubb controls the position from side control. Duran is trying to get back to his feet. Stubb working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stubb in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Stubb tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Stubb has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stubb tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stubb trying to control the action but Duran is working from the bottom. Stubb is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Duran is trying to escape and Stubb transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Duran is forced to tap! Nice work there by Stubb! Very nice indeed!
