Newbag circles away from the clinch attempt.
Newbag looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
NOGUEIRA has a takedown stuffed.
NOGUEIRA could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
NOGUEIRA closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - NOGUEIRA lands in his opponent's guard.
NOGUEIRA drops back looking for a leg! Newbag is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Newbag manages to kick NOGUEIRA off! NOGUEIRA jumps back into Newbag's guard.
Newbag is working an open guard so NOGUEIRA takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
NOGUEIRA throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Newbag.
NOGUEIRA shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Newbag's guard.

NOGUEIRA thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
