Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Halen (ranked 3908 p4p, 464 weight class) and Tom Johnson (ranked 22835 p4p, 815 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vlad Halen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halen throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Halen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Halen works over Johnson's head and body with a nice combination.
Halen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Johnson under the eye.
Halen goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Vlad Halen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson missing with a left hand there. Halen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
It looked like Halen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Johnson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Halen tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Johnson throws out a counter right but Halen avoids it with no problem.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Halen ducks under a wild hook from Johnson.
Johnson gets tackled into the cage by Halen. Halen maintains the clinch.
Johnson tries to stall but Halen uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Halen lands a left hand.
Halen is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Johnson misses with a hook from the clinch.
Johnson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Halen working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Halen lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Johnson backwards.
Halen scores with a shot to the side of Johnson's head.
Johnson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Halen walks away with a smile on his face. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Halen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Johnson doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
A big right from Johnson misses.
Halen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Johnson looks for a takedown but Halen sprawls well.
Johnson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Johnson loads up on a big right hand but Halen slips the punch.

and Halen counters with a nice body shot.
Halen scores with a crisp jab that stopped Johnson in his tracks.
Johnson is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Johnson throws a jab but it's blocked by Halen.
Halen half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Johnson drives through with a takedown into guard.
Halen working for a triangle but Johnson defends it easily.
Halen looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Halen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Halen doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Halen is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Johnson frees his head nicely. Oh but Halen has switched to an armbar! Johnson is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
